Individuals (Adults and Teens)

Therapy for adults and teens provides a safe and supportive space to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Many clients come to therapy feeling caught in cycles of self-doubt, burnout, or negative self-talk that affect their confidence, mood, or ability to connect with others.

For adults, our work often focuses on building self-compassion, emotional resilience, and healthier coping strategies to manage life’s stressors and strengthen relationships. For teens (13+), therapy supports emotional regulation, self-confidence, and communication skills, helping them navigate friendships, identity, and academic or social pressures with greater ease.

No matter your age, our work together centers on helping you understand yourself more deeply, manage difficult emotions, and build confidence in who you are, both within yourself and in your relationships.

Couples

Couples therapy provides space to slow down and understand what’s really happening beneath recurring arguments or distance. Many couples come to therapy feeling unheard, frustrated, or unsure how to reconnect.

Through our work, you’ll learn to recognize the emotional patterns that drive your dynamic, practice healthier communication and conflict resolution, and foster mutual understanding and empathy. Whether you’re working through trust issues, emotional disconnection, or growing apart, therapy helps you move from reactivity to reconnection, together.

Coaching

Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented, ideal for those wanting to grow in their careers, improve relationships, reduce burnout, or lead with more authenticity and confidence. Together, we identify your goals and the patterns that hold you back, such as self-doubt, perfectionism, or fear of failure, and develop the mindset and strategies needed for sustainable change.

Many clients describe feeling more grounded, confident, and aligned with their values after our work together. Coaching may focus on areas such as leadership development, boundary setting, communication, or self-confidence, always with an emphasis on self-awareness and long-term growth.

Common questions

How long is each session?

Most sessions are 50 minutes. If you’re looking for something shorter and more focused, there’s also the option of a 25-minute half session.

Do you offer online or in-person sessions?

Yes. I offer in-person sessions on Tuesdays at my office in Etobicoke, near Centennial Park. I also provide virtual sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for clients anywhere in Ontario. Evening appointments are available.

What’s the difference between Therapy and Coaching?

Therapy and coaching overlap, but they serve different purposes. Therapy focuses on understanding yourself more deeply, working through challenges like anxiety, self-esteem, or relationship struggles, and creating lasting change. Coaching is more future-focused. It’s about clarifying goals, building strategies, and taking action in areas like work, leadership, or personal growth.
