My Approach

At the heart of my work is the belief that our stories shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. Sometimes those stories keep us stuck in cycles of anxiety, perfectionism, or low self-esteem, and therapy or coaching can help us rewrite them.

Many of my clients come to The Stor(i) Practice feeling weighed down by self-doubt, comparison, relationship struggles, or a harsh inner critic. Together, we unpack what’s keeping you stuck and practice strategies that support self-acceptance, confidence, and emotional balance. My approach is collaborative and practical, blending emotional insight with evidence-based tools you can carry into everyday life

Therapy and Coaching

I offer both psychotherapy and coaching services. While therapy focuses on emotional healing, self-understanding, and rebuilding self-esteem, coaching is forward-looking and action-oriented. Coaching is especially helpful for people wanting to grow in their careers, feel more confident at work, improve leadership skills, strengthen boundaries, and overcome imposter syndrome.

For some clients, our work combines both approaches: supporting emotional well-being while also developing the clarity, confidence, and resilience needed to thrive in work and life.

What You Can Expect

Whether in therapy or coaching, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where your experiences are taken seriously. We’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, and I’ll offer both support and strategies. This may include learning to manage anxiety and negative self-talk, practicing communication tools, developing stronger boundaries, and reconnecting with your sense of self-worth.

My goal is to help you not only feel better in the moment but also build long-term confidence, self-trust, and emotional resilience.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals who feel caught in cycles of self-doubt, overthinking, or people-pleasing. Many of my clients appear “put together” on the outside but quietly struggle with confidence, burnout, or a loud inner critic on the inside.

I also support couples navigating communication breakdowns and patterns rooted in self-protection or low self-worth, and teens (13+) who are exploring identity, self-esteem, and belonging.

In my coaching work, I support individuals who want to reduce burnout, strengthen boundaries, and lead with more clarity, confidence, and authenticity, both in their work and personal lives.

Where I’m Located

I offer virtual therapy and coaching sessions across Ontario, making support accessible whether you’re located in Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton, London, or anywhere else in the province. Online sessions allow you to access psychotherapy for anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, or burnout from the comfort of your own space.

For those who prefer in-person therapy, I see clients at my Etobicoke office, located in Toronto’s West End near Centennial Park. This space serves clients from Etobicoke, Mississauga, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) who are seeking therapy for self-worth, confidence, or relationship challenges.

To accommodate busy schedules, I also offer evening and virtual appointment options.
